Initial and final Fitness Assessment- includes body fat test, weight, circumference and physical movement assesments.

If you want to join the class, but not the challenge that is fine, the standard class fee of $10/class will be an option. This option will not allow you the chance to win any prizes along the way, or at the end, so you may as well make it worth your effort.

Bungee Bootcamp™ Tandem Bungee Denver group fitness classes.
We sell C-Bungee®/T-Bungee® Cords, Training manuals to schools, PT clinics, senior living centers, sports teams, gyms, and families.
We certify sports coaches, personal trainers and group-x instructors for use in gyms.
We use materials sourced in the USA and assembled with people in programs that help the fringe populations gain valuable work skills. As we grow, these populations benefit from your purchase and sweat.
We offer Company team building Tandem Bungee classes. These classes use some fitness and some games to create a fun and engaging team building experience.

We are running group fitness classes here, and they have a lot to offer the Denver neighborhood.

Do the C-Bungee®/T-Bungee® Cords ever break? -We have only had two C-Bungee® cords break in 8 years of classes or school usage. When it is used according to the weight restrictions the C-Bungee®/ T-Bungee® cords are extremly durable
Do you have a size limit on the cords? - We have had ex-pro football players near 400lbs in them and small kids (50lbs) in them and they were fine.
